4. Prices

“Wholesale price” means our discounted selling price on the website. It applies to all customers, whether you buy one piece or many. Special pricing for large or bulk orders is offered only through a written quote from us and is valid only for the period stated in that quote.
Any MRP or “compare at” price shown is the reference price of the product. Discounts are calculated against that reference price.
Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price or information. If we find an error after you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation email or message means we have received your order. It is not acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch the product.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

9. Bulk and business orders

For bulk, reseller, corporate-gifting or institutional orders placed through a quote, the price, quantities, payment terms, delivery timelines and return conditions in our written quote apply in addition to these Terms. If the quote and these Terms conflict, the quote prevails for that order. GST invoices with your GSTIN are issued where you provide valid GST details at the time of ordering.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or place orders using false information.
Copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit our content, images or product data without our written permission.
Interfere with the website's security or operation, or upload viruses or harmful code.
Post reviews, messages or content that is false, abusive, defamatory, obscene or infringes anyone's rights.

11. Intellectual property

The Wholesale Dada name, logo, website design, text, graphics and original images are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this website gives you any right to use our trademarks or content without our written consent.

13. Product use and warranties

Please read product labels, instructions and safety warnings before use. Toys and small items should be used under adult supervision where appropriate.
